Order Changes and Updates
For any changes or cancellations, please contact us via a support request at community@gratitudeforever.com.
Cancellations (where applicable):
Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the charge occurs, as we process your order Same-Day. Cancellation requests made after the order cannot be honored. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to community@gratitudeforever.com.
Subscriptions are non-refundable and must be canceled at least 48 hours before the charge is placed. Otherwise, they will be processed and shipped as usual, with the cancellation applying to the next billing cycle.
Free plus shipping offers are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at community@gratitudeforever.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
